I want my “baby back, baby back, baby back ribs”, or maybe just my money back. Well maybe some of it, because it’s not all that bad. My issue with this Chili’s is the same issues I have with all Chili’s; they don’t now there direction and we pay for it as the customer. All the changes they make and the bad decisions way on our opinion of them and help to taint the experience. A good example would be their Awesome Blossom, or what use to be their Awesome Blossom. Why would you get rid of a popular item that helped to define your place in the industry? They set the standard for fried onions at all restaurants. The last 3 times I have been in they have had brand new menus or changed the recipe of item I already knew I liked. Why do we need to change the recipe of nachos? Its nachos, come on! I would like to see them figure out what they want on their menu and stick with it. Now yes most of that was ranting on the company and not this particular restaurant, but Chili’s yes to be our “Go To” restaurant when we couldn’t decide of where to eat.

Now this particular location, it’s not bad, it’s not great; it’s just an OK place to eat with no, to a very small wait line. The service was mediocre, the food was mediocre, the atmosphere is stagnant and was overall about a 3 star dining experience. We will go back in a few months, because they’re Chili’s.

We went for Easter Lunch after Church and it was OK, nothing to brag about.
