So we order two blizzards and get one only half full. Have to wait for 10 minutes at the window for someone to come back. How hard is it to fill a cup up or check with a customer to see if everything is ok before walking off.

As an Okie being raised on Braums this one can't compare to what I am used to. The customers are interesting, but I don't really care about that. But when I have purchased my favorites at different times of day and different days of the week I am disappointed. A cheeseburger and peppermint malt shouldn't be that hard to make. The inside including restrooms are usually dirty persuading me to to go elsewhere (Braums in Allen) even to just get milk or container ice-cream.

this is OK to go in for a quick ice cream. but the dregs of life hang out here.

I haven't eaten much food besides ice cream here, and ice cream tastes like ice cream. Although, there is a girl that works here named Isie that can make the best cherry lime-ade I have ever had.

I just read the staff review of this place and wanted to add my experience with this braums.
I even have free shakes coming to me from here - and didn't ever go get them, because no matter what I have said to them, this store can't make a shake to save their jobs.
Every shake I've gotten is either milk with one teaspoon of icecream in it.
Or it's packed in ice cream with a teaspoon of milk in it that breaks the straw going in.
They can't blend one right.
I don't know what it looks like from the inside - but now that someone's told me.....uh, I'll keep staying away.
